TRIP ENQUIRY

During these trips we stay at Casa Guilla (Fox House), a premium private venue in Tremp, in the heart of Pallars Jussà. Fox House has nine suites, each with its own style and personality. Fox House can also be taken on an exclusive-use basis for private groups. Just let us know.

This is not just somewhere to sleep between rides. Casa Guilla works closely with local producers, chefs and wineries: generous breakfasts to fuel the morning, packed lunches ready to go, and relaxed dinners that actually taste of somewhere. Locally produced food, local wines, secure bike storage and laundry options are all part of the package. Most of the riding locations are within a 30 km radius, keeping shuttle times short and trail time long.

Arrival Day

You will be met at Barcelona Airport by a LeRipp representative and driven to Casa Guilla (Fox House), your base for the week in the heart of Pallars Jussà which is approximately 2 hr 40 min from Barcelona. On arrival, settle in, get your bike ready, meet the team and get a full briefing over dinner on the trails ahead.

Day 1

The first riding day is all about finding your rhythm. We start close to Casa Guilla with a warm-up ride through forest singletracks, descending into the picturesque town of Salàs de Pallars. This is a gentle introduction to the terrain. In the afternoon, a 250 m pedal unlocks the Nerets area, where the Sant Antoni reservoir opens up below you before we drop into some of the area's signature trails: Slick Rock and Arizona Cactus. A few more shuttle runs wrap up the day before we head back to the terrace for aperitivos.

Day 2

We start from the doorstep of Casa Guilla with a steady 250 m climb, which leads straight into the first big descent of the trip. A long, natural trail with around 650 m of elevation loss and a great mix of terrain down to the valley floor. From there, the rest of the day belongs to Roques Pelades or "Naked Rocks", one of Tremp's most iconic enduro zones: grey sandstone slabs, flowing forest sections and spectacular views. We spend the afternoon shuttling further descents in the same zone, including Valkyries and Escorpins, before regrouping for the ride back to Casa Guilla.

Day 3

We head to La Pobla de Segur for the first of two days in this zone. Shuttled to 1,000 m, we continue climbing by bike to 1,489 m, nromally the biggest effort of the week, and every metre is repaid in full. What follows is the Rocalta ridge: around 889 m of elevation loss across four linked singletracks: rocky and loose freeride terrain, chunky conglomerate rock and forest flow with a real Wild West feeling. We regroup in the village of Sossís before the afternoon continues near Toralla with flowy but consistently spicy trails with natural features, drops and jumps if you wish.

(On 4-night trips, this is the final riding day — and it's a proper send-off.)

Day 4

Back to La Pobla de Segur, but a completely different world. We shuttle up to Montsor, an abandoned hamlet at 1,200 m perched among massive rock formations and open sky. The descents here offer real variety and character. Expect technical conglomerate rock, open ridge sections and forest flow.

Day 6

The final day on the bike, and it saves the best for last. We start high at 1,350 m with ridge singletracks before dropping into fast forest trails. Expect around 850 m of elevation loss to open the session and from there, flow rules: a string of shuttle runs through Tremp's most celebrated serpentines, finishing on the trail everyone keeps asking about, Dragon Khan. Bikes get packed after the riding and we sit down for a proper final dinner at Casa Guilla.

Departure Day

Breakfast, check-out and a transfer back to Barcelona Airport. After five days of the best trails Pallars Jussà has to offer, you'll be back. Hasta la próxima.

TRIP ENQUIRY

The trails around Tremp and La Pobla de Segur are raw, authentic and refreshingly uncrowded. Shuttle assistance does the heavy lifting. Typically we pedal 300–500m of per day, while the descending is more extensive: around 3,000 m of elevation loss daily across trail types from natural flowy single tracks and sandstone slabs to exposed ridgelines and technical enduro terrain. Routes are always calibrated daily by a certified local guide based on group level, trail conditions and weather.

Skill Level Recommended:

Intermediate

You have ridden enduro and/or downhill mountain biking at least 10 times and master root sections and rock gardens as long as it's not too steep. You still handle the steeper trails while they are not too technical.

Fitness Level Recommended:

The Striving Prospect

You can pedal uphill 1 hour per day and climb 300 m during consecutive days of riding. You don't mind steep uphill climbs for about 10 to 15 minutes at a time. Downhill you happily ride up to 3,000 verticals per day. You exercise on average 2 times per week.
